Olympics bound Ellen Walshe has broken a 28 year old record at the Leinster Swimming Championships this afternoon.
The Dublin native clocked 4 minutes 37.94 seconds in the 400 metre medley.
She knocked off over a second from the previous record set in 1996 by Michelle Smith.
