Ulster stopped the rot with a 10 point win over Connacht in the URC last night.
The Northern Province ended a run of 5 losses in a row with the 17-7 victory at the Dexcom Stadium.
That victory leaves them in the top 8 while the Westerners remain in 12th in the table.
