Rory McIlroy has ended his 18 month wait for a PGA Tour victory.
The four time major winner claimed the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow last night for the third time in his career.
A three under par final round of 68 was enough for him to edge out Mexico's Abraham Ancer by one shot.

The 32 year old's return to form is a timely one, as he prepares for the US PGA Championship at Kiawah Island, where he won his second major in 20-12.
