Liverpool's Virgil Van Dijk has ruled himself out of this summer's European Championships.
The Netherlands defender has been sidelined for seven months after suffering ligament damage to his right knee and he's opted against captaining his country at the finals.

Van Dijk says he didn't want to risk the final stages of his recovery by rushing back for the Euros.
