Ulster head coach Dan McFarland has refused to put a time-scale on Will Addison's recovery.
The versatile back suffered a leg fracture in Friday's United Rugby Championship win over the Emirates Lions.
McFarland also remained tight-lipped on Iain Henderson's fitness ahead of the autumn internationals.
