Jack Flannery will start at out-half for the first timw while winger Calvin Nash returns from injury for the first time since September.
Matt Gallagher, Nash and Shane Daly form a back three with a centre partnership of Dan Goggin and Liam Coombes.
Neil Cronin and Flannery are the half-backs.
Jeremy Loughman, Diarmuid Barron and Keynan Knox will make up the front row with Kleyn and Fineen Wycherley in the engine room.
