Opposition MP in the UK says Abramovich should no longer be allowed to own Chelsea

An opposition MP in the UK says Roman Abramovich should no longer be allowed to own Chelsea.

Chris Bryant was reading from a 2019 Home Office document that said the Chelsea owner should not be allowed base himself in the UK.

Abramovich is believed to be close to Russian president, Vladimir Putin.
