Ronan O'Gara has put pen to paper on a new three-year contract with La Rochelle.
The former Ireland and Munster out-half says he's "extremely proud" to remaining as the Top 14 high flyer's head-coach.
O'Gara has thanked the club's owners for showing confidence in him as they continue to prepare for a European semi-final showdown with Leinster.
La Rochelle has also confirmed that former Leinster and Ulster coach Jonno Gibbes will leave them to become Clermont's new head-coach this summer.
Elsewhere,
Ireland head-coach Adam Griggs will name his team to face Italy this afternoon.
The sides will meet on Saturday at Energia Park in the third place playoff in the women's Six Nations in association with Guinness.
Griggs has hinted at making changes following last week's 41-point loss to France at the same venue.
