FIFA has confirmed that semi-automated technology will be used at this year's World Cup in Qatar to speed up offside decisions.
A ball sensor, as well as tracking cameras, will gather data, before sending alerts to officials.
Former Premier League referee Dermot Gallagher tells Sky Sports News, the technology will bring a "new dawn to football".
