Meath forward Vikki Wall picked up a hat-trick of goals to help her North Melbourne side storm to the AFLW Grand Final.
They were comfortable 78-21 winners over Port Adelaide.
Wall will now face Orla O'Dwyer and Jennifer Dunne in next Saturday's decider - defending champions Brisbane saw off the challenge of Adelaide, winning 50-32.
