Assistant coach William Servat is the latest staff member to contract Covid-19 after head coach Fabien Galthie and another unnamed person posted positive results yesterday.
All the players have returned negative tests, though, with France's next game against Scotland in rugby union's Six Nations next weekend.

The former world tennis number one, who had to miss the Australian Open due to testing positive for coronavirus last month, was runner-up at last week's second-tier event.
Murray has opted to travel to Montpellier and prepare for the Open Sud de France which starts on Monday.

Rory McIlroy has been elected as the first non-American to serve as chairman of the PGA Tour's player advisory council.
The former world golf number one beat Kevin Streelman and Scotland's Russell Knox to the job.
McIlroy, who will succeed Jordan Spieth ((pron: speeth)) next year, previously said he was standing for the role as his experience could help to improve the sport.
