Cork senior football manager Ronan McCarthy and his Down counterpart Paddy Tally have been handed three month bans by Croke Park.
They were punished for misconduct after overseeing members of their inter county squads gathering for training sessions last month, despite the ban on such GAA activity during the pandemic.
Both counties have the right to appeal.

The British Boxing Board of Control say they cannot prevent Daniel Kinahan from having a role in the sport.
Robert Smith, the General Secretary of the Board, has said they are powerless to regulate "advisers" to boxers.
SOCCER
Cork City Defender Jake O’Brien has completed a loan move to English Premier League club Crystal Palace.
The deal will run until June and includes an option to buy for the London outfit, who have added O’Brien to their U23 squad.
The 19-year-old centre-back broke into Cork City’s first-team in 2019, before going on to make nine senior appearances for the Leesiders last season.

Manchester United equalled the Premier League record by beating Southampton 9-0 at Old Trafford last night.
Southampton teenager Alex Jankewitz was sent off 79 seconds into his debut at Old Trafford.
United then proceeded to win by 9 goals to nil, with the Saints ending the night with nine men.
Southampton have now requested that referees Mike Dean and Lee Mason don't officiate their games in future.
The Saints were unhappy with Mike Dean's performance at Old Trafford. While Lee Mason was the ref when Southampton lost 1-0 at Aston Villa last weekend.
The 9-nil win means United are now level on points with leaders Manchester City at the top of the table. Man City have 2 games in hand.
