Jonathan Sexton has marked his 100th appearance for Ireland by scoring his 15th international try.
Sexton's side have won 60-5 against Japan in their first game of this season's Autumn internationals.
Andrew Conway grabbed a hat-trick with Cian Healy, James Lowe, Bundee Aki, Garry Ringrose and Jamison Gibson-Park also crossing the whitewash.
