Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta expects Gabriel Jesus to miss the next "few weeks" following surgery on his knee.
The striker's been ruled out of the start of the Premier League season after suffering a repeat of an injury he picked up while playing for Brazil at last year's World Cup.
Arteta says, while it's not ideal, another operation was the best option to "protect the player".
