Republic of Ireland captain Seamus Coleman has backed interim boss John O'Shea for a role under the next permanent manager.
O'Shea is overseeing preparations for Saturday's friendly with Belgium, and Tuesday's meeting with Switzerland.
And Coleman says his former international teammate would be a great asset beyond next week.
