Republic of Ireland boss Vera Pauw says previous defeats fed their performance in Helsinki last night.

Goals from Megan Connolly and Denise O'Sullivan gave Ireland a 2-1 win away to Finland.

Next up are back-to-back home games with Slovakia and Georgia in November.
