Veteran defender Mats Hummels booked Borussia Dortmund’s place in the Champions League final last night.
His goal five-minutes after the restart saw the Bundesliga giants win 1-nil away to Paris Saint-Germain and 2-nil on aggregate.
Dortmund will learn who they'll be playing in next month's final in Wembley tonight.
