Tottenham boss Antonio Conte says the coronavirus outbreak in his squad has become a "serious situation".

Eight players have now tested positive, along with five members of his backroom staff.

Conte - who's preparing for a Europa Conference League match against Rennes tomorrow - says there are bound to be more cases.
