Barcelona fail in attempt to register Olmo

Barcelona have failed in their latest attempt to register Spain star Dani Olmo for the second half of the season.

The midfielder's scored six goals in 15 appearances since joining the Catalan giants for 51-million pounds last summer.

But Barcelona are unable to register him due to their financial problems.

Olmo's been linked with several of Europe's top clubs.
