Dara O’Callaghan, Oisín Maunsell, Paudie O’Leary and Keith Evans all make the 15 following their displays in the Kingdom’s run to the Final.
The side that beat them in the decider Derry have six players named, including player of the year Matthew Downey.
Meath contribute two to the team, and Monaghan, Offaly and Roscommon each have one representative.
