Something in the near future to look forward to is dinner and how would you like to make yourself a restaurant quality, beautiful burger that is courtesy of Kevin Cotter who will give us the recipe along with some of the tricks of the trade to make one of the famous burgers from MJs Diner in Tralee. You also know Kevin is closely linked with Kirby's Brogue Inn tralee, and I have to say I was lonesome when I thought of both businesses because I haven’t been in Tralee in over a year!
