‘Relax Kids’
It’s a schools programme, delivered by Sarah Cunningham, which aims to help young children to regulate their emotions and learn how to calm down and worry less.
Deirdre visited Presentation Primary in Tralee to see the class in action, and spoke to Principal John Hickey, teacher Sarah and some of the children.
