This week's guest on 'Stand Out with Ian O’Connell' is a phenomenal lady named Kathie Stritch. Ian talk's to Kathie about a crazy and heart-breaking story. Kathie’s family rallied around her sister Elaine when she was diagnosed with cancer in 2014. After rigorous treatment, life was getting back to normal in 2015, when Elaine’s husband Pa suffered a fall on the morning of his Mother’s funeral and very sadly passed away. Just over a year later, Elaine’s cancer returned, and she too sadly passed away. Ian chats to Kathie about grief, having humour through hard times, Kathie’s relationship with her sister Elaine and much more.
