This weeks guest on Stand Out with Ian O’Connell is Claire Walsh. Claire is an Irish free diver from Kildare. She represents Ireland in the sport that is known to be the second most dangerous sport in the world that being free diving. Claire can hold her breath for five minutes and 59 seconds and dives more than 60 metres down.
