In the fifth episode of the latest series of EU & Me, which is supported by the Department of Foreign Affairs’ Communicating Europe initiative, primary school pupils submit their questions to MEP Sean Kelly, Tim Hayes, head of communication, European Commission Representation in Ireland, and Ciarán O’Driscoll, policy and research officer, European Movement Ireland. The pupils ask them several questions including what's the most difficult decision the EU Commission has had to make, and if the Commission is concerned about Russian military ships off the south-west coast. Lauren O’Connor and Maddie O’Riordan from Murhur National School, Moyvane; Jack Finucane and Shauna Walsh of St Oliver’s National School, Ballylongford, and Steve Reidy and Cian Slemon from Dromclough National School, Listowel pose the questions.
