Domnick's Photo of the Month
'This is my Covid-19 image. I took this on April 8th at Fenit the night of the Pink Moon. I have tried to capture this image for over 3 years but conditions this year were perfect. I got to the pier at 4.45am and followed the moon taking multiple images using different settings. I eventually got the image I was happy with at 6.55am. I use a grad filter as the moon was so bright and underexposed the image by two stops, also using a small aperture as I wanted to get detail in the background. I had contacted the guards the previous evening as I live in Castleisland to get permission as we were in lockdown.' - John Keane

‘I took this photo of my dog "Kiro" and some goats who were guarding the "Nuns Strand" in Ballybunion’ From Mike Shanahan, Abbeyfeale.
'Here are 2 photos of my beautiful granddaughter Sadie Brosnan. I am heading back to work in Currow NS next week and will miss our early morning walks which we have become accustomed to during lockdown and Summer 2020. I took this photo on Wednesday as we headed off on our rambles and will fit in a few more walks before Monday hopefully! I have enjoyed listening to yourself and Dominick each week.' Thanking you, Breda McGaley
