Employment costs for businesses could increase by 36% over next 2 years

Excel Recruitment is calling on the government to immediately clarify the increased employment costs faced by SMEs, as a result of rises in the national minimum wage, the introduction of the planned living wage, and other measures proposed to improve working conditions in Ireland.  Shane McLave, Managing Director of Excel Recruitment discusses their calculations on rising employment costs.
