Met Eireann has issued a status yellow rain warning for Kerry.
The yellow rain warning will be in place from 6am tomorrow New Year's Eve for 24 hours until 6am New Year's Day.
Kerry County Council says rain will be persistent with a possibility of localised flooding and hazardous traveling conditions.
