The next phase of the multi-million-euro investment in the upgrading of Tralee town centre is to begin next week.
3.4 million euro has been allocated for improvement works on Russell Street and Bridge Street.
Construction work is to begin next Monday and is scheduled to last around 12 months.
Traffic travelling southwards along Rock Street in the direction of Russell Street will be diverted via Pembroke Street.
Kerry County Council says every effort will be made to minimise disruption for businesses and customers in the area.
Mayor of Tralee, councillor Terry O’Brien said it’s a very significant investment in the town at a time when local businesses need every possible support.
