Irish Water says the water supply should be restored to everyone impacted by yesterday's watermain burst in Farranfore village.
The utility and Kerry County Council completed their repairs on the significant burst, which led to a loss of supply, traffic delays and flooding, in the early hours of the morning.
Irish Water thanked the local authority crew who worked late into the night to safely repair the burst watermain and minimise interruption.
It also thanked Gardaí who helped with traffic management at the busy location.
