The Kerryman newspaper picked up two awards last night at the Local Ireland Media Awards.
Journalist Sinead Kelleher won Best News Story for her coverage of the Skellig Star Direct Provision Centre in Cahersiveen.
The Kerryman also took the top prize for Best Front Page at the awards.
