Tusla, the child and family agency, suffered one data breach in Kerry over the last year and a half.
During that time Tusla has more than 200 breaches nationally.
The details were released to journalist Ken Foxe under the Freedom of Information Act and published in today's Irish Examiner.
They show there were 71 breaches in the second half of 2018 and a further 130 last year; 23 were classed as high risk.
It states a total of 163 involved an employee error or omission.
