People who want to use the drop-in COVID-19 test centre in Tralee are being reminded to bring photo identification with them.
The walk-in/drive-in test centre opened at Ballymullen Barracks yesterday and will continue until next Wednesday.
It's part of a number of centres around the country providing enhanced COVID-19 testing for local communities and no appointments are needed.
Head of Health and Wellbeing with Cork Kerry Community Healthcare, Priscilla Lynch says the team at the centre reported a steady demand on the first day.
