Threshold, an organisation advocating for the prevention of homelessness, is urging people to get rental terminations notices checked.
According to group, approximately 70% of notices examined in the Kerry area in the past year were not valid.
They are encouraging anyone who may have received a notice to contact them to evaluate their options.
