Speculation Kerry Group looking at acquire natural colours business of Danish rival

There’s speculation Kerry Group are looking at buying the natural colours business of Danish rival Chr Hansen.

It’s a global business with operations in Denmark, Italy, Brazil, Peru and the US.

The Farmers’ Journal is reporting that Chr Hansen is believed to have appointed Goldman Sachs to advise on the sale, and industry sources have linked Kerry Group with the move.
