The sister of a Tralee man, who died days after being held in garda custody, is calling for the release of his autopsy results.
In February, 46-year-old John O'Driscoll died two days after being released from a garda station in Waterford.
The 46-year-old had been arrested in relation to a domestic row, and drove to Tralee after he left the garda station.
His family says he had visible injuries and bloodstains on his clothes.
Mr O'Driscoll's sister, Helena Wall, says they haven’t received the results of his autopsy and want them released.
An Garda Síochána and GSOC, the Garda Síóchána Ombudsman Commission, aren't commenting as the case is under investigation.
