Sinn Fein to launch its local elections campaign for Kerry tonight

Sinn Fein is to launch its local elections campaign for Kerry tonight, with 13 candidates running across the county's six electoral areas.

Director of Elections, former Kerry TD Martin Ferris, says the team of candidates running, are a mixture of youth and experience - and housing will be their number one priority.

The launch takes place at the Rose Hotel in Tralee at 8pm.
