Shannon Airport has installed six new airbridges.
It's the final phase of a 3 point 1 million euro spend on airbridge upgrades.
Each bridge weighs about 30 tonnes and takes two weeks to install.

The combined weight of all the new airbridges is equal to 180 thousand 1 kilogram bags of sugar.
