Sale agreed has been reached on the former Dunnes Stores building in Tralee town centre.
Selling agent Darragh Ó Sé of Property Partners Daly Ó Sé has confirmed to Radio Kerry that the sale of the property on Bridge Street has been agreed.
The price of the agreed sale and the identity of the buyer hasn’t been disclosed.

The property has been vacant for over a decade.
