Report finds Kerry and Munster area experiencing "chronic shortage" of second hand homes for sale

There's a 'chronic shortage' of second hand homes for sale across Kerry and nationwide.

That's according to new analysis from Myhome.ie, which shows around 12 thousand second hand properties on the market in July, a massive 50 per cent drop on a decade ago.

Managing Director of MyHome.ie Joanne Geary says Munster has the least number available, followed by the border counties.
