Rents in Kerry have risen in the past year, according to the latest Daft.ie Housing Market Report released today.
It shows the average rent for one, two, four, and five-bed homes in Kerry are up, but the cost of renting three-bed semi-detached houses in the county have stayed the same.
Between April and June, the average rent in Kerry was €877, which is 0.5% higher than a year previously.
Nationally, average monthly rents rose by 1.2% in the year to July, according to the latest Daft.ie Housing Market Report.
The average cost of renting a five-bed detached house in Kerry is up 8% in the past year to €1,012.
The Daft report also shows that rents for four-bed bungalows in the county are up 1% to €902.
In Kerry, the cost of renting a one-bed apartment rose 4% since last year to €639, while rents for two-bed terraced homes are up 1% to €709.
The cost of renting three-bed semi-detached homes in the county have remained the same since last year at €812.
