Kerry is under a status yellow rainfall warning for the next 22 hours.
Met Eireann says between 35 and 50 millimetres of rain is expected in that time, with higher amounts possible in mountain areas.
The forecaster is also warning of spot flooding, poor visibility and hazardous driving conditions.
