Portaloos are to be provided at Rossbeigh Beach this week to deal with capacity issues.
The recent good weather and large crowds visiting the area have put the public toilets under pressure, according to Cathaoirleach of the Kenmare MD Cllr Michael Cahill.
He has raised the issue with Kerry County Council and the council has agreed to provide additional capacity in the form of portaloos.

They’ll be in place from tomorrow (Wednesday).
Cllr Cahill praised the council for their help in addressing the issue.
