A planning application has been made for a 30-house development in Gneeveguilla.
Red Claw Developments Limited has applied to Kerry County Council for planning permission to build 30 semi-detached houses, access roads and footpaths at An Pairc, Gneeveguilla.
Planners will decide on the application in mid-January.
