Planning permission is being sought for 18 apartments in Tralee.
Tulfarris CG Ltd is seeking permission from Kerry County Council for the development on New Canal Road, Tralee.
It's proposed to demolish residual structures on site and construct an apartment building, comprising 19 apartments, including all ancillary works, roads and services.
