Patient transferred by Rescue Helicopter from UHK

Valentia Coastguard Radio Station is currently involved in co-ordinating the transfer of a patient from UHK to Cork University Hospital.

The patient is unable to be transferred by road so the rescue helicopter is making the transfer.

Kerry Fire Service has assisted in removing snow from the helipad at UHK to allow the helicopter to land.
