A painting of Cuan Pier in Ventry Harbour features in a new exhibition in the National Gallery of Ireland.
It was painted in 1939 by Bea Orpen, niece to the celebrated artist William Orpen.
The painting shows upturned boats alongside a stone pier leading out into blue water.
