Milltown/Castlemaine GAA has been awarded almost €39,500 in funding under the Leader Programme.
The announcement has been welcomed by Minister for Education and Kerry TD Norma Foley.
The funding will be used to develop a walking track around the GAA grounds and will include ground level lighting and safety fencing.

The club is also in the process of upgrading its pitch and training facilities.
