Over €1 million in funding has been allocated to Kerry to facilitate live music events over the coming months.
Minister for Tourism, Culture and Arts Catherine Martin announced funding for €25 million for 237 organisations nationwide which include commercial venues, producers and promoters.
Minister for Education and Kerry Fianna Fáil TD Norma Foley has welcomed the announcement.

Celtic Steps The Show is to receive €84,627 for livestreamed performances from Killarney Racecourse Theatre, while Scotts Hotel has been allocated the same amount for live performances.
Homebeat Events is to get €83,360 for INSIDE / OUT a bespoke weekend of music and discussion, while O'Sullivan's Courthouse Pub has been allocated €31,735 for a series of free live traditional music performances.
