A Ballybunion man is calling for clarity on what measures will be in place for those travelling to Ireland from next month.
Micheál Gogarty says his fully-vaccinated partner, who lives in Spain, has received conflicting information from the HSE and Ryanair in recent days, ahead of travelling to Ireland in July.
The airline said it has no requirement for a negative PCR test or to quarantine, but two calls to the HSE helpline resulted in him receiving conflicting information on whether a negative test and quarantine is required.
Micheál Gogarty says the advice on the HSE website is utterly confusing and he can’t find a straight answer.
